Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, marinara, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and spices.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in elbow macaroni, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Optional: Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
