Instructions

  • Crush cereal & mix with pecans; set aside.

  • Melt butter; stir in sugar & spices until bubbly.

  • Caramelize bananas, 2–3 mins per side.

  • Add rum & vanilla; flambé (optional).

  • Toast cereal mixture for 1–2 mins.

  • Serve bananas with crumble, ice cream, and sauce drizzle.
