A playful twist on the New Orleans classic, this Bananas Foster features caramelized bananas in a rich rum sauce, topped with crunchy Cinnamon Toast Crunch crumble and creamy vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients

4 ripe bananas (sliced lengthwise)

4 tbsp unsalted butter

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup dark rum

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (crushed)

¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Instructions

Crush cereal & mix with pecans; set aside.

Melt butter; stir in sugar & spices until bubbly.

Caramelize bananas, 2–3 mins per side.

Add rum & vanilla; flambé (optional).

Toast cereal mixture for 1–2 mins.

Serve bananas with crumble, ice cream, and sauce drizzle.
