Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and caramelized.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice chicken into thick pieces.
  7. Assemble by layering chicken on a plate, topping with burrata, strawberries, and fresh basil.
  8. Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze and serve.
