  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped


Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let rest 20 mins.

  2. Preheat grill to medium-high.

  3. Simmer balsamic, honey, and garlic in a saucepan for 8–10 mins until thick.

  4. Grill steak 5–6 mins per side (medium-rare). Let rest 10 mins.
