Description
A quick and flavorful baked chicken dinner topped with crispy Parmesan-panko and creamy Caesar seasoning. Easy to make, family-friendly, and perfect for weeknights.

- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb total)
- 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in baking dish and coat with half of the Caesar mix.
- In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with half of the Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle over chicken.
- Drizzle remaining Caesar mix over breadcrumbs and top with rest of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and topping is golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
- Add red pepper flakes to the Caesar mix for heat.
- Serve with roasted veggies, rice, or a green salad.
