Ingredients

6 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed

3 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 strips cooked bacon or sausage

1 tbsp melted butter

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: maple syrup or hot sauce for dipping
Instructions

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble over medium heat until just set.

Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.

Add scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon/sausage. Roll tightly and press edges.

Brush roll-ups with melted butter.

Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve warm.
