Description

Golden, crispy Air Fryer Breakfast Roll-Ups with a soft, cheesy egg filling and bacon. A quick, family-friendly breakfast or brunch option.


Ingredients

  • 6 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6 strips cooked bacon or sausage

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: maple syrup or hot sauce for dipping


Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble over medium heat until just set.

  2. Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.

  3. Add scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon/sausage. Roll tightly and press edges.

  4. Brush roll-ups with melted butter.

  5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve warm.
